As the founder and leader of her cosmetology programs and summer camps, Demetria is committed to helping aspiring beauty professionals develop the skills, confidence, and creativity needed to succeed in the beauty industry. Under Demetria's leadership, the institution has earned numerous honors and recognitions. It was voted Best Beauty School in Millington in 2017, received the Reader's Choice Award for Best Beauty School in 2017, and has also been recognized as West Tennessee's Best Beauty School based on Google reviews.
